June. The 13th. Man. Alone. Standing. 2009. Cop. Unmoved. Severe. Victorious. Cro.
“I really didn’t like when he did that with his eyes…” Cro Cop resolutely commented on his opponent’s ignoble antics at the end of the fight. This sort of resoluteness, the kind of which we haven’t seen from Cro Cop since the early days of Pride when he blew kisses to Wanderlei Silva, can only mean one thing: Cro Cop is back.
June. The 13th. Britain. Turk. Germany. Mostapha. Poked. Dana. Poked. Cro Cop is back.

The man who changed the face of fighting many decades ago is about to do it again. Helio Gracie has developed a new kickboxing discipline that's going to change fighting forever. No longer will qualities like size, speed, and power be a factor in determining who wins a fight - only technique. This is the Father of Modern MMA's assertion.

Frankie Edgar. Let's take a look at this fucker.
-This fucker is a wrestling coach at Rutgers. A wrestling coach. A COLLEGE wrestling coach. This fucker comes in with that distinction and proceeds to get tooled...in WRESTLING, by a guy named Gray. Gray.

MMAth has been challenged. It has been challenged to prove that Mirko “Cro-Cop” Filipovic is one of the worst fighters ever to fight. I will go one further. I will prove that he is THE worst fighter. How will I do it? MMAth.
Who is generally considered the worst fighter? In my day, it was Alexander Otsuka. Of the Japanese can trifecta of Otsuka-Shoji-Matsui, Otsuka was without a doubt the worst. Or so it seemed. Three years ago I showed you why Shoji is better than Filipovic[1]. Today, I will show you why Otsuka is better than them all[2]. And worse. Observe.
Now as you know, MMAth usually takes the form of a less-than/greater-than inequality. This is typically to show why one fighter is better (or worse) than another fighter. In this case, I will need to show that Filipovic is worse than ALL fighters. Therefore, it requires a more complex proof. Note that within it you will see the typical inequality format. Try to follow along, and if you get confused, you can ask questions at the end.

Dear Readers,
I have been reading your fan mail and I have been asked by you that my next article be about what truly makes a great MMA fighter. What are those innate characteristics that comprise the ultimate warrior in the ring (or in the weaker organizations, the cage)? I really liked the topic you have chosen for me because it is not an easy one. And if there is one thing that I enjoy, at least whilst at the computer, it is a challenge. Hence, I have spent the last half hour, at the place of my employment, researching all the traits possessed by the greatest fighters of our time. After fifteen minutes of in-depth analysis, I am ready to present to you the areas of a fighter’s life which must be conquered in order to become the superior MMA warrior.
It will come as a surprise to you, however, to learn that when I say that a fighter must conquer these areas, what I mean is that he must actually acquire freedom from them! But, I am getting ahead of myself. Let’s first look at what these areas are. There are only two: Conformity and Morality.
